Where We Ship
We currently ship within Egypt — Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time
Once your order is dispatched, estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation with your tracking details so you can follow your order every step of the way.
