Refund & Return Policy
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed and in original condition. Please note we do not accept returns on sale items.
How to Return To initiate a return, contact us at vylo.inc1@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @vylo.studios with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2-3 business days with instructions.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need a size exchange, contact us at vylo.inc1@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @vylo.studios with your order number and the size you need. Size exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unwashed and in original condition. If you need an exchange for a different item entirely, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Shipping Costs Return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Wrong or Damaged Items If you received a wrong or damaged item, contact us immediately at vylo.inc1@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @vylo.studios with a photo and your order number. We will make it right at no extra cost.
